Order of inspection
P2563 Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance High
The P2563 code means the sensor that reports the position of the turbo adjusting mechanism gives a value that does not match what is expected. Carbon seizing the variable geometry is almost always the cause, though it can also be the sensor or a calibration that has not been done. Drive with caution and for a short time only.
