Multi-code OBD2 diagnosis
Enter all the codes your scanner showed, not just the first one. We give you the overall severity, whether you can keep driving, the order in which to check them and how they relate to each other.
Why you should analyze all your codes together
When the scanner shows several codes, they are almost never independent faults. A weak battery can set ten communication codes; a vacuum leak causes a lean mixture and then misfires; and those misfires end up damaging the catalytic converter. If you repair the codes in the order they appear, you may replace parts that were fine.
This tool sorts your codes from the likely cause to the consequence, works out the overall severity and links you to the diagnostic procedure for each one.
