P2135 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A/B Voltage Correlation High
The P2135 code means the two sensors that watch the throttle position are giving values that do not agree with each other. Because the accelerator is a safety system, the computer stops trusting both signals and drops the vehicle into limp mode with very limited power. The most common cause is carbon in the throttle body or a connector with a bad contact.
