P2070 Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Stuck Open Low
The P2070 code means the intake manifold tuning valve (IMTV) does not move and stayed open, which lowers torque in part of the rpm range. The engine runs with a little less performance. It is safe to drive, and the fix is usually an actuator, a vacuum line or a cleaning.
