P1441 EVAP System Flow During Non-Purge (GM) Low
On General Motors vehicles (Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac), the P1441 code means the EVAP system shows vapor flow while the purge is commanded off. You may notice a rough idle after refueling. Other brands may define this number differently.
