P1381 Cylinder Position (CYP) Sensor Intermittent Interruption (Honda) High
On Honda and Acura, the P1381 code means the cylinder position (CYP) sensor signal drops out intermittently. The engine may stall or fail to start. On distributor engines the fault is usually inside the distributor.
