P1260 Theft Detected, Vehicle Immobilized (Ford) High
On Ford, Lincoln and Mercury, the P1260 code means the theft system detected a problem and immobilized the vehicle. The security light flashes rapidly. An unprogrammed or damaged key is the usual cause.
