P0686 ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit Low High
The P0686 code means the control circuit of the engine computer power relay shows low voltage, which points to a short to ground or a loss of supply. It can cause a no start or an engine that shuts off while driving. Check the fuse, relay, connector and wiring before replacing any part.
