P0685 ECM/PCM Power Relay Control Circuit/Open High
The P0685 code means the control circuit of the engine computer power relay is open, so the relay does not receive current when the computer tries to turn it on. It can cause a no start or an engine that shuts off while driving. Check the fuse, relay, connector and wiring first, because they are the usual culprits.
