P0646 A/C Clutch Relay Control Circuit Low Low
The P0646 code means the computer sees low voltage in the A/C compressor clutch relay control circuit, from a short to ground or a lack of power. It can leave you with an air conditioner that does not cool. Check the fuse, relay, connector and wiring first.
