P0554 Power Steering Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit Intermittent Low
The P0554 code means the power steering pressure sensor signal cuts out or jumps from time to time. The main effect is an idle that drops when you turn the wheel. Intermittent faults are almost always a poor contact or a damaged wire, so you have to reproduce the problem to find it.
