Order of inspection

  1. P0147 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 3) Low

The P0147 code means the computer found a fault in the heater circuit of the bank 1 sensor 3 oxygen sensor. The most common causes are an open heater resistance, a blown fuse or a burned connector. You can normally keep driving, since this sensor sits behind the second catalytic converter.
