Order of inspection
P0140 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Low
The P0140 code means the computer detects no activity in the signal of the oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter. It is usually an open circuit, a failed heater or a worn-out sensor. The engine runs normally, but the catalytic converter monitor never completes and you cannot pass an emissions inspection.
